  Never to return to this maccas again we spent $45 on 4 meals 2 adults and 2 kids on dine in my husband couldn’t eat his burger was stone cold and dry told the girl about and she said we will reheat it instead of making a new one we said no thanks to a reheat and told her the soft drink was flat to then she walked away didn’t offer a refund, I had to go back and get my drink a frozen one they forgot it altogether, no toys in the kids meals the boys had to go and ask, then only 4 nuggets in a 6 nugget happy meal. This is not the first time this has happened will be telling everyone to avoid this establishment.

  Oh dear, we came in on the 15/12/17 at lunchtime. Plenty of staff but seemed to be missing any kind of leadership. Ordered at the preorder computer thingo, but no ticket. Proceeded to wait at the counter, and wait, and wait and wait. While waiting, saw a heap of drink orders being done up and shoved into the counter with all the other drinks, staff had no way of knowing what belonged to which customer. A pile of fries on the floor, by the counter, trampled on by customers, walked around several times by staff instead of cleaning it up. I'm told Men's toilets needed to be cleaned. When our order finally arrived, the drinks needed to be redone as the spider no longer resembled what the drink was supposed to look like. The bins were over full and been packed down rather than emptied. The food itself was fine once it arrived, the kids play area appeared clean.

  Under staffed, floor and tables consistently dirty. Been here many time always have to clear and wipe down table. Should provide customers with access to spray and wipe save us bringing our own.
